ABOUT ME

My name is Eleanor and travel is a significant part of my life. I am often on my feet, exploring cities, deserts, jungles and wherever else I find myself.

In 2016, I became an international airline pilot based in London and quickly became obsessed with seeing the world on the time off downroute. This wanderlust developed into more than just a job and before long I found myself booking adventures that were becoming more remote and afar. People would often ask for 'how-to's' and tips and wanted to follow my footsteps in some of my travels. 

When the world came to a standstill in 2020 it gave me a chance to pause and reflect on the places I had been and the people I had met on my travels. I finally got the chance to start writing down some of these thoughts and tips properly.
